Alex Omodo
Chief Executive Officer
ACCA
Alex leads ProSync AI's strategy, finances, project delivery and client relationships. A Chartered Certified Accountant with over 25 years in finance, grants and operations across East and Southern Africa, he has held senior roles in international research, development and corporate organisations, and has managed programmes funded by major international donors.
James Oyee
Founder & Product Lead
CStat, CSci · MSc Medical Statistics
James founded ProSync AI to build practical, low-bandwidth technology for Ugandan schools, organisations and businesses, and leads product design and development. A data scientist and researcher with over 20 years in clinical research across biotech and academia, he has trained in application development, software engineering and AI integration. He holds an MSc in Medical Statistics from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine and a BSc in Quantitative Economics from Makerere University.

Director of Impact & Data Solutions
Master's in Management Studies (M&E) · PGD Monitoring & Evaluation
Hilda leads ProSync AI's data and monitoring solutions for NGO and education clients. A monitoring and evaluation specialist with over 14 years with international development organisations, she has built monitoring systems, led evaluations and trained teams in data quality. She holds a Master's in Management Studies (Monitoring and Evaluation) from Uganda Management Institute.
Amony Laureen Odwe
Legal & Data Protection Lead
LLB · PGD Legal Practice
Laureen leads ProSync AI's contracts, client terms, privacy policies and data protection compliance. A legal practitioner with over 6 years' experience in contract drafting, due diligence and data protection, she has worked as a Legal Associate in private legal practice. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Makerere University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre.
Bridget Angomu
Business Development & Client Relations Manager
BA (Hons) Business, Journalism & Media
Bridget manages ProSync AI's client enquiries, quotations and relationships with schools and businesses across Uganda. She has over 7 years in international shipping, handling quotations, pricing, sales leads and customer accounts. She holds a first-class BA (Hons) in Business, Journalism and Media from the University of Hertfordshire.

Joan Akao
Junior Software Developer (Intern)
BSc Computer Science (in progress)
Joan supports ProSync AI's software development, testing and technical documentation. A Computer Science student at Uganda Christian University, she builds full-stack mobile applications with React Native, Node.js, Express.js and MySQL, and designs secure backends with user authentication, encryption and input validation. Her studies cover database management, systems analysis and design, data structures and algorithms, cybersecurity and network design.
We also work with a pool of freelance engineers and designers, brought in project by project.
We build and run our own products, including edPLEstar.
